well-being energy healing to uplift your Mind, Body, Spirit and Soul.

What you could expect from this healing session:

  • you may feel sleepy from being in a relaxed state

  • emotional

  • hungry or thirsty

  • feel chills or hot flashes

  • lighter, happier

  • energized

  • more relaxed

  • as if you have been meditating

  • freer in your body with less physical pain

  • freer in your mind as situations that once bothered you no longer do

  • Or you may feel nothing at all, which is also fine

  • Regardless if you feel anything or not .... you are still receiving the energy!

Instructions

All you need to do is relax, sit or lay down in a comfortable position.  Set your intention that you are OPEN to receiving the healing energy of Reiki. 

 

You can meditate before listening to release all the tension & negativity of your day, but this is not necessary.  

 

If you choose to you can light a candle or burn some incense again this is not required it just will help with relaxing you so you can be fully open to receive the healing energy.

You can actually let this play in the background or even while you are working or mute the volume if you are on your computer working. 

 

As long as you are open to receiving ... Reiki will go where it's needed.

Choose one or two or all of them if you like.  Recite them during the day.  You can recite them either to yourself or out loud either way it will help to reinforce the healing process and keep you in a positive state of mind.

  1. Lavender oil - with its fresh and floral aroma can promote physical and mental health.

  2. Eucalyptus - is commonly used for its immune-boosting properties as well as being able to fight infection and ease headaches, sore throats and allergies. It has multi-faceted medicinal properties.
