I want you to be 100% satisfied with my Services & Products. If you are less than satisfied or believe there has been an error in billing, please contact me by email devanasthisinthat@gmail.com or by telephone at
(973) 747-4173 so that I can help resolve the issue, provide a refund or offer credit that can be used for future Services.
When contacting me, please include any details relating to the Products or Services you have purchased so that I can ensure you are completely satisfied with your experience. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Returns:
I do not offer refunds on payments I have collected for Remote healing sessions, via phone, skype or for distance healing sessions.
Products: (Once I upload my own products)
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds:
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Once your refund is approved I will initiate a refund to your credit card or
(Original method of payment) and you will receive the credit in a few days, depending on your credit cards policies.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

doTERRA® Return & Refund Policy
A. Returns on Products within 30 Days.

doTERRA will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price (plus applicable tax if prepaid) of Currently Marketable products that are returned by an Wellness Advocate or Customer within thirty (30) days of purchase from the Company, less shipping costs and paid Bonuses.

doTERRA will provide a Product Credit of one hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price (plus applicable tax if prepaid) or a refund of ninety percent (90%) of the purchase price (plus applicable tax if prepaid) on products not Currently Marketable (see, Section 6.D.) that are returned by a Wellness Advocate or Customer within (30) days of purchase, less shipping costs and paid Bonuses.

Mark Romero’s Return & Refund Policy
CD Purchases
If you are not satisfied with your CD purchase, just return it within 30 days and Mark Romero Music will gladly exchange it or issue a refund, no questions asked. During this time you can exchange or return your CD. Mail the CD to Mark Romero Music, 23605 Shirleen Ct, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677. Please include a copy of your Mark
Romero Music receipt. Let us know if you would like a refund or exchange for another program. Please be sure to list the CD title you would like in exchange.
Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
MP3 Downloads - are non-refundable or exchangeable
Choose wisely. Due to the high level of fraud with downloading music, mp3 downloads are NOT returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.
