There are 7 main Chakras and when these centers become blocked or unbalanced, it can manifest into physical, emotional or spiritual issues. Every Chakra is attached to a specific part of the body, specific emotions, mental, and spiritual concerns. Reiki helps with keeping the Chakras in balance and in alignment with each other.
